Hi!! I'm Devon Oratz. I make TTRPGs and indie video games, the latter mostly with RPGmaker. (I've used way too many names for this. Tabula Rasa is the newest/hopefully last.)

About My Video Games

My current main project is EREWHON, a turn-based first person Lovecraftian horror dungeon crawler set in 1982 (and also, kind of, 1928 and 1892) where Death Is Not The End, but Madness Might Be. 

After of 22+ years of experience as a hobbyist dev and several (relatively) notable and celebrated free video game releases, I finally released my very first *commercial* game, Backstage: murdered sleep in Early Access in June of 2024. The game, in development since Fall 2021, launched on Steam in its full 1.0 release on Halloween of 2024. At the time of this writing, it's sold WAY too few units here or on Steam to justify 3 or 19 (depending on how you look at it) it took to (all for a sequel to a game I made in a single month in 2005!). Discouraging, but I can't seem to quit this game dev thing (I've tried).  

About My Pen And Paper Games

I'm the ENnie-award nominated creator of the TTRPGs Anathema, Psionics, SPLINTER, The Singularity System, Systems Malfunction, and more. My older games published under the ETG label are available on DTRPG in print and PDF and in PDF-only here on itch for substantially cheaper. My (admittedly more scattershot and random) newer stuff is right on this very page.
